A Note from Jay

I have been in the construction business for 38 years. I acquired my Home Improvement license in 1986 and started my own Home Improvement Company in 1992.

I am a small company and you will get my personal attention from the first trip out to look at the project to the completion of the job.

I have a network of licensed contractors that work with me on my jobs. They include electrical, plumbing, heating and air conditioning, flooring, ceramic tile, roofing, etc. I learned a long time ago that I could offer the best job if I use people that specialize in certain areas. If I do a job for you that require these services you will more than likely meet them before the job starts.

My point is that some companies state that they don’t use sub-contractors. I say that someone has to do the work. Why not have an expert do it for you? I use the same contractors for all of my projects and I have known them all for many years.
